Sarah graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 2015with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. Prior to this, Sarah obtained her BSc (Hons) in Rehabilitation Studies and Postgraduate Diploma in Exercise & Nutrition Science. Sarah is due to commence further studies in 2017 to complete a Masters in Strength & Conditioning.
Sarah has worked in hospital setting prior to joining Physiotherapy Works, working both with adults and paediatrics in the areas of neurology, cardiorespiratory rehab, musculoskeletal and trauma orthopaedics.
Sarah has also trained as a Pilates Instructor in Mat and Reformer and has years of experience teaching Pilates in the community and in hospitals.
Sarah has a keen interest in sport and has worked pitch side for hurling and rugby teams. She also volunteered at the Women’s Rugby World Cup in 2017.
Sarah has interests in the young athlete and dancers, rehabilitation to return to sport and paediatrics. She also has interests in the area of strength & conditioning and its use in rehabilitation to return to daily activities and sport.
