What is Pilates?
Pilates is a fun, effective form of exercise that is proven to strengthen the core-stabilising muscles of the body. A stronger core helps prevent back pain, improves posture and gives a corset-like effect around the abdomen. Pilates will also reduce and strengthen your waistline!
