New Years Resolutions

Happy New Year!

We would like to wish all our patients and clients a happy healthy 2017. It has been a pleasure working with you over 2016 and we hope we can be of some help in 2017.

We are all bombarded with weird and wonderful advice in January but here are some simple tips from us. It is not a quick fix but over 12 months will improve your health.

  1. Build 30 minutes of brisk exercise into your day, everyday.
  2. Add 2 (1 hour) sessions of strengthening and stretching into to your week.
  3. Sit less.
  4. Eat more fruit and vegetables at every meal.
  5. Drink less alcohol and don’t smoke.
  6. Get enough sleep.
  7. Keep in regular contact with family and friends.
